Get Ready for Laser Season
We still have a little bit of summer left, which means laser season is right around the corner! If you are scheduled for one of our amazing laser treatments, please be sure to follow a few of our helpful tips to ensure you get the best treatment possible:
No sun exposure for 4-6 weeks before and after your treatment.
Discontinue use of all retinol products 3-5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. We also ask that you refrain from use of sunless tanners for a minimum of 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you have a history of cold sores or a diagnosis of HSV, you will need a prescription for prophylaxis prior to the procedure. Call our office and we’d be happy to help you with a prescription.
If you have an active cold sore for your appointment, your visit will need to be rescheduled.

Melanoma Awareness is observed in the month of May to raise awareness about the deadliest form of skin cancer. It encourages people to learn about prevention, early detection, and the importance of regular skin checks.
Skin cancer comes in many shapes and sizes & can be seen at any age. The below photos are of our Aesthetician, Mandi’s shoulder where her Melanoma was found, before her biopsy & after removal. Read on to hear all about Mandi’s melanoma story.

I usually reserve this space for surgery thoughts, but I thought I would share with you my experience with the foundational nutrition drink AG1.
